It has been quite a while since I've posted a question here. I have a doozy! I created a very simple, basic deck; no frills, no bells, no whistles. Just 11 slides. I published it as a SCORM-compliant deck. Our training people loaded it onto our LMS (Success Factors), and I'm told that clicking one "Previous" button closes the LMS window and exits me out of the training." It's just on one slide but that slide is no different than the others. Everything else works perfectly. Any idea why that would happen?

If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud (the Previous button goes to the previous slide, instead of exiting the course), I would advise you to reach out to Success Factors for more information.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, my recommendation would be to open a support case here to upload your .story file, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
