Process Interaction

I'm trying to use the Process Interaction with tabs from the Content Library. I can't figure out where the layer descriptions are to remove them. For example, when I put in my content and preview the slide I still see

Layer Header 01

In this space, you can provide details about Step 01 in the process you are explaining. You might wish to include text, images, or even a small movie.

How do I get rid of that? I don't see it in the layers. I don't see it anywhere except when I preview it. Any help would be appreciated.

It's called Process Interaction when you filter by Type Interactions and Theme Light.

  • If you look at the color theme it should give you the name of the template

  • This is a great example of the knowledge base responders not paying attention to what the user is asking and immediately jumping to a question instead of an answer. Process Interaction is the name that Articulate Rise gave to the template. The answer given in this other article (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/discuss/customizing-the-process-block-in-rise/779884) where the label for the steps used to be on the right side of the Step Order pane are out of date. There is no longer a label there. When you work on the labels on the card "Step 3" in my example, it still says "Strategy 1" in the preview.
