Hi, wondering why we can change the background colour for this feature when we can on everything else within rise? it gives you a grey background but this work with my theme or branding.

There currently isn't a way to change the background color for the Process blocks.
Process blocks have a different type of container to handle the animation of each step, so the background for that block is actually completely covered by the interaction itself.
We are tracking a request for the ability to change the background color for Process blocks. I can add you to the list so that you'll get notified if this feature is released.
