We are creating a course that is required to be completed within a specific amount of time. Can we require the user to be on a page or not complete the course until time has expired?
Additional how to indicate to learner a section within the module is completed and not just visited?
You can add a timer to your Storyline 360 course with these steps. If you want to require the learner to answer each question in order, rather than jumping around the quiz, you have the option to lock or restrict navigation. This way, the learner must complete the question prior to advancing to the next.
You may be able to require the learner to spend a minimum amount of time taking the quiz, by using elapsed time variables. This will take a bit of design work. If you're comfortable sharing your file, I'd be happy to take a look at it! You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
