The course we created has assessment questions and a summary page that works perfectly. But when a learner clicks the Review Quiz Button on the results slide, it shows the question with the correct answer marked but shows a red box with an "Incorrect" label at the bottom.
Even though everything works fine, I think this reduces the effectiveness of the review feature.
Typically, the review feature should show that, but also indicate which choice was made to generate the incorrect. Unless a choice was not made. You will usually see your result if the user lands on a question slide and then does not answer it, but instead moves to the next slide using the menu.
You may need to hide the questions or restrict your menu to prevent this from happening.
