I have researching for a while and I cannot find a solution. When the learner takes a final exam it takes them to the review option. I have it set to review only incorrect answers, once the learner reviews the incorrect answers once and they try and review them a second time, some of the incorrect answers that showed up the first time stop showing up. Not sure why! Does anyone have an idea?

Are they answering the incorrect questions again before the second review? If they answer the question correctly the second time through the exam, the questions wouldn't show up in the second review.
If that's not the case, would you be willing to share your file with our Support Engineers privately in a support case?
