Great question! You can share a color palette with your team by sending a Storyline (.story) project file that contains shapes with the colors you want to share. They can save the project colors as a custom palette.

You can save your shapes containing colors as team slides instead so you can easily share them with members of your team. You can learn more about team slides here:
The formatting of the slides are saved as well, so any colors that are included in the slides that you share will be available for use by your team mates.

So, my company color palette contains around 50 colours, including shading - do I need to create a file with all 50 colors represented as a shape?
Can't we just share the palette ? Where and how is it saved?
