I have the player properties set to have the Seekbar 'allow user to drag seekbar' however, the behavior is that only the Pause and Play buttons are working. I cannot see the progression on the seekbar in any visable way and clicking into it do not move the audio at all. I published and am viewing in Articulate Review 360.
Thank you so much for the reply (I have my stakeholders on hold for this final step). Taking you link is behaving the same for me, the only thing that works is pause & play...there is no seek bar shown at all?

I was hoping it was due to running in IE vs. Chrome but…I am running it in Chrome. Can you view it from this link??
There is not a “bar” for me to click on to drag. If you click into the area the audio just skips a tiny beep, the pause and play, refresh and volume do work. Can you try to run the link below please.

Here is the reply I sent to Ryan this morning...Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your reply. I am not able to see your screencast, I get an error saying I do not have a program installed to open it, that is likely caused by our end security etc...A note on my browser (Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100) is that within my company our default browser is set to IE so when I run a course I am copying the link into Chrome to view it.
While I understand it may be working fine on your end, before I tell my Stakeholders that we simply cannot use a seek bar I would like to ask you to help me check a few more things.
To clarify...I'm not saying I do not see the seek bar, it is there but does not have a 'progression bar' to drag and ONLY play and pause work
I attached a .story that has three slides, only one has a working seek bar, here is the only difference I am seeing in these slides:
Can you verify if these video/audio file differences could be the cause of the issue?

We're happy to help! Since this discussion is a bit dated, we'll start troubleshooting from the beginning. Do you have a file that you can share with us? You can upload it here.
We'll let you know when we receive the file and follow up via email!
Thank you for reaching out and sharing that you're experiencing an issue with your seekbar as well.
I want to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Sorry you're getting stuck, Kelly! I can help you sort this out.
Would you mind if I had a look at your file? Even just one sample slide will do. You can attach it here in a new thread comment. Thanks!
Hi Alyssa,
I attached one slide from my SL course. Any help you can give is much appreciated.
Hi Kelly,
Thanks for the sample! I published it to Articulate Review, and I didn't have any issues with dragging the seekbar there.
Can you test this link and let me know how the seekbar behaves for you?

Hmm, that's odd! What browser are you using to test the link I sent? You'll want to use one of the browsers listed here.
I used Chrome v.62, and here's a screen recording of my testing.

Are there any other settings for adding a Seek Bar? I have looked on the slide settings but do not see anything there
Hi Kelly,
The seekbar in the link you sent me works correctly for me in Chrome. Can you tell me the exact version of Chrome you're using? Here's how to check:
Here you go….
Updating Google Chrome (65%)
Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Get help with Chrome
This is a real puzzler, Kelly. I wouldn't think that Chrome 61 would make a difference compared to Chrome 62.
I'd like to have our Support Engineers weigh in on this, so I've opened a case for you. They'll reach out to you via email soon!
Okay great, thank you so much for your help.

Hi Kelly,
I took a peek at your case, and I see that Ryan recommended resetting Google Chrome. Give that a try, and let us know if it helps!

Hi, I am having a similar issue. Just wondering if this got resolved? If so, can you please share the solution with me?
I tried on Google Chrome - Version 76.0.3809.150 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Internet explorer 11
I am using the modern player in SL 360.
Thanks!

I believe it had to do with a custom player we had created. I changed it to the modern player and it works now.
Thanks!
Oh, that's great news, Janice. I appreciate you popping back in with an update.
