Text to speech part getting an error saying 'internet not connecting'

This feature was working till yesterday and now my whole team is facing this issue while converting the audio part. Can you please suggest something for this?

There's a chance that your network configuration may have been changed or updated which caused Storyline 360 to be unable to connect to the endpoints needed by the text-to-speech feature. As a troubleshooting step, please reach out to your network admin and have them verify that your machine is able to connect to the endpoints listed here: 

If the endpoints are reachable, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
