I have publish the course in storyline 360 for the 360 review link to send the link online, again i have made some changes in the file and publish the course on the same link by selecting the option "Publish a new version of an existing item".
while viewing the link i am getting the message "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." it been almost 4hrs it showing me the same message. Could you please guide.

Do you get the same error publishing other projects or a new project with just one slide?
I checked our status page here, and also published a test file which worked on my end.
Please check the common reasons you may run into an error when publishing to Articulate 360.
