In storyline 360 i have created a transcript button. when i click on transcript button the pop up emerges and the same is viewable from all the slides, however please help me if from any slide i inactive the pop up then the same should get inactive for all the slides, kindly help with the later part.

If I understand correctly, you enabled a player tab and want to customize which slides that tab is visible on. Happy to work on this with you!
You can customize the visibility of the player features on each slide from within the slide properties:
