Unable to finish viewing storyline module

I can't complete a Storyline 360 module I started viewing. My module is broken into 5 parts: 1) Navigation slide, 2) Video slide, 3) Brand slide, 4) Resume/Exit slide, and 5) Disclosure slide. In the middle of viewing the video slide, I paused it. I must have then closed the window, because I couldn't find it again. When I opened the module again in the LMS, it took me to the last slide in the deck (Disclaimer slide) and then exited the module. No matter how many times I try, I can't resume from where I left off or start the module over again. It also continues to tell me I'm "In Progress". I have multiple videos with the same setup and none of them give me this issue. If I try to replicate the issue in another video, it starts the video from the beginning. Any ideas?
