Unable to log into Storyline 360

I am getting the message that I need to relog in.  I click on the Sign In button which opens the web browser (which I'm already signed into) and the pop up message has a new button that says Start Over but nothing happens.

I tried logging out of the web browser and resign in but still nothing is logging me in.

Hello Jenn!

Can you try these steps below?

  1. Log out of 360.articulate.com
  2. Close the browser window.
  3. Close the Articulate 360 desktop and reopen it.
  4. When prompted to sign in, it should take you to 360.articulate.com where you aren't signed in.
  5. Sign in again. This should refresh the Articulate 360 desktop app.
