Unable to Publish in Word or Web since updates

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the problems I am having with Storyline 360. Since the last updates I have not been able to publish any courses as Word or for for the Web, I can publish for the LMS/LRS. 

When I publish for Word I click the publish button it goes through the publishing slides part but when I click on Zip or Open nothing happens. 

When I publish for Web it goes through the publishing slides part and when I click on Zip the folder only contains the following folders: HTML 5,  Mobile, Story_Content, and Meta. There is no Story, so I can't view the elearn. When I try to publish as Word either nothing happens or I get the "Report popup message." 

****Update I had two coworkers try to publish to Word and Web and they were able to. Neither have done the latest updates.****

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 74, we've included important fixes and new features.

One of the fixes we've included is:

Storyline 360 could crash when adding conditions to triggers or publishing to Word.

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hi Carrie and Mike,

I'm sorry you can't publish to Word or the web since the latest update! I've done testing on some files and wasn't able to reproduce the behavior. We do have a bug logged that sounds similar to the experience you are having. Would you be willing to share your file here?

this is normal - on some (???) installations storyline can find MS word*

there is no problem with "Translate to word" - it is only a problem with "Publish to word"

storyline uses two different methodes the find word - one works always, one works most

* fortunately i have 2 computers where everything is ok and only one on which publish to word does not work (tested again with 3.74)
