I seem to be experiencing an ongoing issue when previewing and publishing interactive videos in SL 360.
I have added cue points (and related triggers) to my video. When I preview them or publish them, occasionally the video will NOT pause at the established cue point.
Sometimes restarting SL seems to work, sometimes re-creating the triggers helps, other times not so much.
Thanks, Maria. Bianca Woods has had a peek and now doesn't seem to be getting the issues I was getting, but it's still happening at my end. (shared with permission)
Hi Mark, Thanks for sharing your file. The triggers work on my end if I wait for the cuepoints to arrive. Are you skipping to the cuepoints using the video seekbar? I think the video timeline may not be syncing with the slide timeline. Can you try to enable the player seekbar instead of the video seekbar and see if that works better for you?

Hi, Mark.
Thank you for reaching out!
If you can share your .story file either here or privately through a support case, we're happy to investigate what's happening with the cue points in your project!
