We are using SL360 (3.40 version), and have used a Web Object in a slide to load a Game (Game has been inserted to the slide with a local path from the system). When we have published and viewed the output locally it works fine in all the browsers. But when we upload it to SCORM cloud, the slide is appearing blank and is not loading in any of the browsers.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your published project.
It looks like you are on a much older version of Storyline 360 from May 2020. We are currently on Build 3.52.25247.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here.
I want to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I have also attached "Game" zip file along with the .story file.
The .zip already contains index.html file in the folder along with the other supporting files.
When we have added it as a web object and published the output, all the supporting files are present under external files folder in story_content folder. It is working locally but when uploaded on SCORM cloud it is showing a blank screen. Can you please advise on this.
