xAPI statements not sending to the LRS?

I am putting together a little demo for my colleagues on how xAPI works in Storyline - something I only have limited understanding of as it is  - and was basing it off the tutorial by Devlin Peck. I had no problems when I first went through the tutorial, but now I seem unable to send a statement to the LRS. I've combed through the files to makes sure everything is correct, but no luck.

Looking at the console, it seems there could be problems accessing the wrapper?

Any insights? Thank you!
