I have a client who has requested that I convert process flows into training content.
The process flows consist of text and some images. I have used the interactive block on Rise 360. However, there are about 20 of these and from a user experience, they are DULL!!!
Does anyone have any ideas of how to make these more engaging?
But in general, using the process image in a labeled graphic block ( exploratory feel, pull not push ) gives you options for each part of the process, more then text. Could be any media. Audio media, video media.
I am not familiar with 360, but I have been loving the sliders and dials in Storyline 3. Is there a "theme" to the content? Maybe you can create a theme around the content, and use a slider to show the process? I've also used characters to liven things up, especially if the process involves any sort of human interaction or change. Can you tell us a little bit more about your topic?

Can you share any examples of what you are tasked with working on?
sounds interesting if we could get a look.

I find this free resource to be very helpful in creating visuals to represent processes.
