Free trial restictions?

Oct 29, 2023

I want to post a digital learning object to a collaborative site (I am still determining which one, and I am open to suggestions). My question is, once my free trial is done, will my learning object disappear? Also, will it then restrict the analytic data?

When you publish a project with Articulate 360 for the web or an LMS/LRS, the program creates a set of files. Those files can be uploaded to wherever you want to share them. They belong to you.

You can also publish to Review 360 and share links to projects there. But that access is cut off when the trial period ends. (As I understand it, Articulate keeps your Rise courses and Review projects for 6 months after a trial period or license ends. You won't have access to them, but they aren't permanently deleted right away. So if you do subscribe within 6 months, you'll be able to access them again.)

Hi kate! 👋 Welcome to the community!

Any content that you've created in your Articulate 360 trial will continue to function wherever the published course has been placed, like in a learning management system. However, you won't be able to edit, download, or export them after your trial/subscription ends.

We'll keep your online data, including Rise 360 courses and Review 360 projects, on our servers for up to six months after your trial expires. This means you'll have access to your content again if you buy a subscription later. (We don't preserve Storyline 360 team slides or Rise 360 shared block templates when a trial expires.) Here's an article with more information on what to do before cancelling your subscription that goes into depth about the different apps.
