I believe you have me on the right track, along with Judy's recommendations. I'll take a look at the decision tree and let you know if this is what I'm needing. Basically, we need a self-assessment that students can take, and in the end will recommend they enroll in Math 96, or Math 101, Or.....Thank you Sarah.

I haven't seen exactly what you're asking about. But it's doable by tracking answers and then using triggers with conditions to branch as desired.
