Seeking Freelance Articulate Developer

Feb 14, 2011

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to do some Articulate freelance work for me. It will likely include some work in Presenter, Engage, Quiz Maker, and PowerPoint. It would be best if it was someone in the San Francisco/Bay Area area, but I am open to remote possibilities as well.

Thanks.

Hi Whit

I'm interested. I'm in Melbourne, Australia. A learning object I recently created was mentioned in the latest edition of Articulate's Word of Mouth blog. In particular, my guided crossword puzzle is mentioned in the Seen on Twitter section.

You can try to look for freelancers in various outsourcing sites like oDesk, Elance, Freelancer, Scriptlance, etc. and wait for people to bid for your project/job. You have to post jobs with complete details and intructions. This is important so that interested providers will know and understand the project/job that they will be doing.

When there are actually people that have already bid on your projects, you can check their profiles and see their ratings and feedback - this is also important to know that they can be trusted. It's very annoying and a waste of time when they just leave you when the project is not yet done. It is also important to hire people who already have a number of completed jobs and also try to ask for their portfolios.

For more information on the different outsourcing sites and some few guidelines on effectively hiring people offshore, you can try reading this article: http://www.timedoctor.com/blog/2011/02/22/the-top-6-outsourcing-sites-and-how-to-use-them
