¿Por qué no se completa la visualización en Rise 360?

Buenos días,

Según avanzamos en el contenido, no llega a completarse como visualizado al 100% (tal y como se muestra en la imagen adjunta).

¿Alguien sabe a qué puede deberse?

    This screenshot is helpful in understanding what you're seeing. I have a few troubleshooting questions to get started.

    • Are you seeing all the content in the course, but the menu progress isn't showing as complete? Or is there content missing from the course as you work through it?
    • Are you viewing the course on an LMS? If so, have you tested publishing your course to SCORM Cloud?
    • Have you trying viewing the course in a different browser?

    Please feel free to share a copy of your course with our team in a support case if you need further assistance! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

      Hi KellyAuner​,

      Exactly, we see all the course content, but it's not shown as complete in the progress bar in the menu (on the left side of the screen).

      On the other hand, we're downloading it as follows: publish ◊ LMS ◊ Scorm 1.2. We've tried it in other browsers, and the same thing happens.

        To troubleshoot further, I recommend using incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
