_NOPROCESS_ videos fail when copying course

Hi, I've seen the fact that I need to include _NOPROCESS_ in the filename of images and videos I want to not be compressed, and this works.  However, if I copy the course, the videos no longer work and have to be re-uploaded, but the image files work.

I've seen on this thread Copied course video issue | Articulate - Community this is a known bug, but is there a workaround, and is this being worked on as it's particularly annoying when copying a file to update a section (for a new software release) to have to re-upload all of the video files every time.

    Hi SeanBrock​,

    I wanted to follow up with an update since this was reported. The issue where _NOPROCESS_ videos stopped working after copying a course has since been fixed in the August 22, 2025, Rise 360 update.

    If you duplicate or republish the course now, the videos should load correctly without needing to be re-uploaded.
