.story files published to AWS freezing for some users
Hello,
We're hearing from some end users that our published .story files hosted in AWS are freezing. They are working fine for most users and we cannot create the issue when we test them ourselves...
- endless "three dot animation" -> there is a known problem with safari and slides with video (should be solved with the current version)
- three dot animation" + "offline message" with freezing the navigation - not solved, but you can disable the feature "connectionMessages"
