Is she receiving this prompt when trying to leave a comment as Leslie shared in her demo above? It's possible that she does have an account or a trial associated with the email she entered. I'm happy to look into this if you can provide her email address! You can share it here or privately in a support case.
Alternatively, she can try logging in with a different email address to see if that works!
