A specialist in the development of Articulate 360 websites

Hello,
Is there anyone in Perth (WA, Australia) who knows of any web builders or contractors that are skilled in Articulate 360? Would it be possible to hire someone like this?
In conjunction with a not-for-profit organization, my company is developing an interactive educational website for primary school children. Even after completing an online training course and purchasing Articulate 360 software, I have no idea what I am doing. An Ariculate-experienced contractor may be able to build the website faster. My problem is that I am unsure of how to proceed.
I would appreciate any information you can provide.
