Access path denied - Republish with audio file - SL360

I have an issue when publishing again the same content. Please find attached the printscreen.
I have tried by using a shorter path name.
When I publish into a new empty file, it works. ...

It seems that importing it into a new Storyline works... I tried to republish and did not have this issue.
I'm using the same .story for one project so it keep the same settings, it could come from that. I'll come back if I face this issue again when I adapt the settings.
