Accessibility Audit Results - Headers/Statements
Hi KellyRipley,
You’re right to call these out, especially given how thorough your audit is and the level of detail you’ve shared.
SamHill and Caitlin_B both raised some great points as well, especially around flagging these through support and the differences in control between Rise and Storyline when it comes to accessibility.
At the moment, some of these elements are controlled by Rise and aren’t configurable through the standard authoring experience, which can make accessibility compliance more challenging without workarounds like custom CSS.
The examples you’ve listed, from animation control and text behavior to screen reader output and contrast, are really helpful in highlighting where more flexibility would make a meaningful difference.
I’ve shared your feedback with our product team, including these specific cases, so they have visibility into how these limitations are impacting accessibility reviews. We’re continuing to gather input in this area as we look at ways to improve accessibility support in Rise.
