Accessibility on Mobile device

I have just discovered that a Storyline 360 project viewed on a mobile device is showing an old version number as the title, picking that up from an "accessibility tree" as per the attached.  (I have no idea what I'm looking at re source code).  Can anyone tell me why and what I need to do to eliminate this?

  • Hello Steve!

Thank you for providing a screenshot! The title that you're seeing is coming from the Title in the Player in Storyline. Here's a screenshot.

Let me know if that does the trick!

    Hi Lauren,

Thanks for your reply. My apologies if my initial post was unclear, however, the issue is not with the title, per se, but that the title from a previous version is appearing when this project is run from a mobile device. The attachment from my first post shows the correct title appearing when run on a PC BUT the incorrect title string is apparent somewhere in the source code.

I have attached two images: one showing the current title entered correctly in the player tab and the other showing what is appearing on a mobile device.

What I need to know is where that (old) title is being picked up from by the mobile device and how I can get rid of it.

Again, sorry if this is a bit convoluted.

Hey there, Steve! I appreciate the additional screenshots and details!

I'd like one of our support engineers to step in and help shed some light on this. I've opened a case on your behalf and shared your screenshots. One of my teammates will reach out shortly with the next step!
