Pre-Tests and Branching
Hello, Community!
I've had my account for about a year now, but am just getting started with Storyline. Rise has been my go-to given its broad learning curve.
I'm currently working on a personal project experimenting with branching. Specifically, I've created a short pre-test that'll direct learners to specific content based on the topic and question missed.
So far, so good, but I've run into a little snag. When testing it, my link to the module and its slides works fine, but when I have the learner return to the quiz question they missed, the question doesn't reset and still has the original wrong answer. Is there a way to reset a quiz question?
My first thought was to adjust the quiz settings and allow two attempts, but that didn't work. My second thought was to create a fresh copy of the same question and link the module to the v2 quiz instead of the original. But that seems like a ton of extra work considering I have 4 more quiz questions to do that for.
I've googled the issue and searched YouTube, but found nothing. Thought I'd ask the geniuses here in case anyone else has figured this one out already.
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions provided! 😁

Have you tried adjusting the slide properties for your questions to restart when revisited?

I did and think I was successful. :)

To reset a quiz question (set to automatic) you need to reset the results slide.
