Accessibility Tip for: Lightbox Slides
I found when using a screen reader, the "X" to close the slide is not recognized by screen readers. So those using a screen reader cannot close the lightbox slide.
Here is how to fix this.
- Open the player.
- Find "Aa Text labels" in the top menu
- Go down the list to find the "Close button for presenter bio panel". Currently, this is number 66. Change the text to "Button_Close"
- Update the preview and close the player.
Our accessibility person verified that now a screen reader recognizes the " X " telling the user how to close the slide.
