I am having a similar problem. For one of my courses, when you use number bullets, after the course is published and you select the accessible text option in playback all of the items on the list have the number of the first item. For example, if I have a list that starts with one and goes to 6, all 6 items will have the number 1 in accessible text. We are using Non Visual Desktop Access (NVDA) - NVDA v 2020.3 reader. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix? Thank you for your help.

It sounds like when the accessible text option is turned on, then all of the items are read with the number one rather than one through six. I haven't noticed a similar issue on my end. Are you finding this within a specific browser or every browser?
Additionally, I know the latest version of NVDA is 2020.4. I'd recommend updating NVDA to make sure you're using the latest version.
