Adding background image in rise affects padding

Hi there, I have 2 blocks attached. This dispays fine when using a flat background colour (image1), but when I add an image to the background of the 2nd block, it pushes all the content down (image2)...

    Hi Everyone!

    I'm happy to confirm that the issue reported in this discussion has been resolved.

    We are no longer seeing the behavior that caused:

    • Rise 360 Microlearning: Accordion Block shows a significant gap during preview or within the published output

     

    However, we recently identified a separate issue that we have logged as a bug in Rise 360 Microlearnings. This bug causes:

    • Microlearning video overflows its frame when the block background is an image and 1-2 blocks are connected

     

    Please let us know if you are encountering this behavior so we can include your voice in the bug report that's being tracked!

Hi. I am no Rise expert, but I would say middle of the range. As far as I'm aware, you will need to layer your images outside of Rise (for basic ideas - use PowerPoint, Storyline. or any more sophisticated options), then upload to Rise as one background image. I don't think Rise can do layering, so it sees them as two seperate images that cannot be merged. I am sure someone more experienced can correct me if I am wrong. I have never seen the option to layer on Rise.
