Adding new question in existing question slides

Hi, my question is, I have created a quiz slide for a course.

I have a few quiz templates having configuration intact that I am using in my post-test. When I add my created slide to the post-test series question, the result page does not count it and doesn't show its result either. 

Please assist me with this.
