Adding resource link to Published AS project
I am trying to edit a published storyline project by adding a resource link. I open the source file and the insert tab is grayed out. I've included a screen grab.

Thanks for reaching out!
You'll need to be in the Player settings, which is under the Home tab, in order to attach a resource to your course. This article explains how to attach resources in Storyline 360:
