Adjusting timing on paragraph animation
Here is a text box that has 6 paragraphs that all appear at different times. Once it is set to Enter by paragraph, go to the timeline, and expand the text box:
Then you can drag the left edge to change when each paragraph appears.
Dragging the right edge will control when they exit.

Thank you Walt! I have also been wondering the same. Adjusting the timing in the animation never worked well.

In addition to this, if you set Cue Points (https://community.articulate.com/articles/storyline-cue-points), you can right-click on the object in the timeline, and align with cue point>and select the cue #.
