AI Assistant Importing content to Rise

I'm trying to import a PowerPoint presentation that we developed some time ago into AI Assistant Rise. The module comprises over 50 slides and is already fully structured. However, I'm encountering an issue: when importing the content, the AI summarises it regardless of the settings I adjust. Is there not a way to import the content without it being summarised or altered?

Yeah, totally agree with these points. We receive content that has been signed off. The last thing we want is Rise rewriting it. Makes the AI assistant pretty useless for us at the moment, unless I try the The AI Block - Magic Import.

      Hi Jonathan2025 & KarlMuller!

      Thank you for the feedback!

As Ron shared, currently the Rise 360 AI Block - Magic Import is the best option for importing source material you do not want summarized or rewritten. However, I do understand this may feel limiting, and I've shared your insights directly with our product team.

We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!

There is a definite need for a 1-to-1 import function. We do all of our content design, development and reviews in Word before building anything in Rise, and it makes zero sense to take signed off content and then have AI completely rewrite it.

  • In the block Library, The AI Block - Magic Import - is going to be your best bet for adding content that you do not want edited or summarized.
