As LauraRR mentioned we've logged a software bug where an uploaded image in AI Tutor isn't displaying in the LMS. We'll share any updates as soon as we have them.
In the meantime, you may want to test your course in SCORM Cloud. If the issue doesn't occur there, let me know. That will help us determine whether this bug is affecting your file or if we should investigate another possible cause!
