AICC completion error
I am using Artiuclate Storyline 360 Version- v3.101.34961.0
I have published a course and the publish setting of AICC is Pass/Incomplete.
In the quiz learner have to pass all the questions in order to get the completion. When i attempt all the questions incorrectly and close the course the status shows Complete and failed which should be Incomplete and failed.
The steps to follow is attempt the first question click submit and exit the course, the SCORM cloud lms is showing the status as Compete and Failed which should be Incomplete and relaunching the course using bookmark and attempting all the questions correctly is not updaing the status/Score on LMS.
However I have tested the same course in SCORM 1.2 and found the course is working perfectly fine and showing the result as it should show.

You could try one of the following work arounds:
Switch to "Pass/Fail" Reporting
In your Storyline Publish Settings → LMS → Reporting, choose Passed/Failed instead of Pass/Incomplete.This ensures the course only reports "Complete" when both completion and success are achieved

.Just make sure your LMS supports that status option for AICC.
2. Add a “Complete Course” Trigger
On your quiz result slide, add a trigger:When timeline starts on the Result Slide, Condition: QuizPassed = True, Action: Complete Course (or Submit Results).
This forces the LMS to mark the course complete only after passing and might enforce "incomplete" otherwise
3. Use SCORM Instead of AICC
Since SCORM 1.2 avoids these limitations, republishing with SCORM 1.2 or 2004 will give you correct reporting in your LMSLet me know if any of these work for you.
