Articulate 360 will not load

Hello.

I am in dire need of help. When I am trying to open the A360 desktop app to install the software, it crashes. I look at the information in the file it wants to send to Articulate and this is what it says.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?>

<ErrorReport xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

 <UserId />

 <HardwareId />

 <Message>Object reference not set to an instance of an object.</Message>

 <StackTrace> at string rs.a()

 at void rs.Open(Uri uri, bool allowOpenInHostBrowser)

 at async void Articulate.ThreeSixty.App.ViewModel.Internal.SsoCommand.Execute(object

parameter)

 at void System.Runtime.CompilerServices.AsyncMethodBuilderCore.ThrowAsync(Exception

exception, SynchronizationContext targetContext)+(object state) => { }

 at object System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback,

object args, int numArgs)

 at object System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(object source, Delegate

callback, object args, int numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)</StackTrace>

</ErrorReport>

Can anyone help me to understand what is going on?

Thank you.
