Articulate Course Not Completing Properly in SuccessFactors LMS
Hi there, hoping someone can help me. I am new to SAP SuccessFactors and am trying to figure it out. I have some eLearnings built in Storyline 360 that I am publishing, but no matter what I do, they are completing on launch. I need them to complete based on a trigger on the final slide. Below is some info:
Storyline:
- Trigger set on final slide to "complete course as completed/passed when timeline starts"
- In publishing - SCORM 2004 v2. Report status to LMS as Passed/Incomplete.
- I have tried it with both the Complete Course trigger, and also the "view all slides" option
SuccessFactors:
- Set to "add to history on Pass". Also tried "add to history on completion of all content"
- Tried "launch in new browser window" and also without
I don't know what else to try. Any help is greatly appreciated!
It sounds like you've done just about all you can do to make the %$#@! thing work. One last suggestion would be to verify the course completes itself using SCORM Cloud. Then at least you can go at SAP's Tech Support knowing it's on their end, not yours.
