Articulate Issue
Hi There,
Not sure if everyone is having the same issue, but the course in Rise that I am creating keeps clocking. I closed out of it and now am receiving the horrible swirl of death. I am able to get into other programs and connected to my WIFI (because I writing now). I've attached what I'm experiencing and just thought I'd make sure that it isn't just me.

Investigating - When accessing Rise 360, or trying to view a Share link for a Rise 360 course, you may see prolonged loading time followed by an error. We're investigating this issue, and we'll update you here when we know more. We're so sorry for the trouble!

Hi, everyone. We've identified an outage with Rise 360 where you may see prolonged loading time followed by an error when accessing Rise 360 or when trying to view a Share link for a Rise 360 course.

I am also having this issue as well as multiple others within our organization. I am submitting via Articulate Support with hope this can be escalated.

I'm having the same issue. It just keeps trying to load but ends up giving me an error message saying "Something's wrong. Please contact support if the issue persists."
