It also stops me from even closing the application. Had to force-quit.

    That doesn't look right. Does the pop-up appear every time you open Storyline 360? I haven't heard of similar reports and can't replicate it myself. Can you please check that you're using the most up-to-date version of Storyline, and if it persists, try a Storyline repair?

      Hi. Yes, Storyline is up to date. It hasn't happened again, so just a glitch a guess. Thanks
