- 4,800 words × 5.5 characters/word ≈ 26,400 characters
- Credits:
- 26,400 characters × 2 credits = 52,800 credits
- Cost:
- 50,000 credits = 250 USD
- 52,800 credits × 250 / 50,000 = 264 USD

Thanks for walking through your estimate so clearly. I checked it against our Understanding Credits article, and the rates you used match what’s published. Translation uses 2 credits per source character per target language, and the minimum Articulate 360 AI purchase is 50,000 credits for $250.
Keep in mind that your example covers a single target language, so the total grows with each additional language you add. Contract pricing can also vary, so your Articulate reseller or our Sales team can confirm exact numbers for your plan.
