Hello, I am also missing this and have followed the steps in the article. I still cannot see this in my ribbon or to select to add.

Can you also check if you have installed the latest PowerPoint and Articulate Presenter versions? You can find the supported PowerPoint versions below:
- Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only) or the latest perpetual version of Microsoft PowerPoint (32-bit or 64-bit)
- Note for Mac users: Office apps must be installed in your Windows environment.
