Can you also check if you have installed the latest PowerPoint and Articulate Presenter versions? You can find the supported PowerPoint versions below:
- Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only) or the latest perpetual version of Microsoft PowerPoint (32-bit or 64-bit)
- Note for Mac users: Office apps must be installed in your Windows environment.
