Articulate Review 360 - Do clients have to sign in to Articulate?
Hello I have uploaded a course to Review 360 for a client to have a look over. They have informed me that they can't view it unless they sign in to articulate. I know they haven't had to do this ...

Dominik is correct that it's not required to create an Articulate account to view the course in Review. They'll just be prompted to enter their email address to post comments so they can receive notifications for replies If the client has created an Articulate ID in the past, for instance, while using a trial, they will be prompted to sign in.
As our documentation states: If their email address is tied to an Articulate ID and if they aren't already signed in, they'll be prompted to enter their password.
