Articulate Review Not Showing Cover Photo from Storyline

This literally JUST started happening this afternoon.

I created content in Storyline that has audio on the first slide, so I have added a cover photo to prevent the black box from showing in output.

I can see the cover page fine on my Storyline player, and it works beautifully when I preview content in Rise (I am adding a SL block in Rise)

...but when I go to review, all of the content is auto playing.  I actually don't want the content to auto play.  I want the learner to see the cover page and hit the play button.  I even have text that says click the PLAY BUTTON below to start the lesson.  

Why is this happening all of a sudden?  Very strange.
