Articulate Review: Passwords Being Required

I am having this problem for a second time on the same project: No password set for the course, marked to allow people w/o Articulate IDs to comment and neither of them have EVER had an Articulate ID.

 

Please advise ASAP. This is bad for business. I am hoping there has been some sort of progress on this, since the last comment in this thread was posted, four years ago.

    Hello Ryan,

    I'm sorry you've hit this snag for the second time on the same Review project. I see you started a support case as well—smart move! Thanks for sharing the Review 360 link and the reviewers' email addresses. Please expect an email from my teammate Lianne shortly with her investigation results.
