Articulate Review stuck saying "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready."

I'm having the same issue. I opened a case as well.  This processing issues is only happening on my larger files. I've tried different browsers. I've emptied my cache, I restarted my laptop. Any assistance would be appreciated, This problem has been occurring since 11/22.  Today is 11/27.
