Articulate Rise VIdeo Upload Error
Hi everyone
I hope everyone is well and safe.
I keep getting Error when trying to upload a video to articulate Rise. It doesn't give me any further details. Just a red exclamation mark in a circle and the word ERROR next to it with the option to dismiss the message at the side. I am using Google Chrome. Tried about 4 times now. Anyone else having the same issue? It gets right to the end of the upload, then fails.
Best wishes!

I'm having the same issue. The video file is MP4, 13 seconds long and the size is not even 4M (3,945KBm to be precise).
The error message is: "Processing failed. Please check the file and try again."
Hi Soorena,
I'm sorry for the trouble uploading the video file! I was able to upload a sample MP4 file on my end.
You may try using Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem. If this does not work, use a different supported browser with the latest updates.
I'm happy to look at your video file to investigate further as needed. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.

I am having the same issue. Uploaded a similar video length earlier today with no issues. Have tried incognito mode, another browser. Nothing works. Please help, under a tight deadline.
